Quality Assurance
Employing EU methods of analysis, and participating in the ProTAS / DAPS proficiency testing scheme for the past 7 years, Winetailors guarantee quality analysis to its esteemed clientele at all times. Clients are invited to inspect the records.  

Oenological Assistance
Winetailors can assist in sourcing the right winemaking aids for your wine including a comprehensive group of yeast strains, treatments to improve flavour/aroma, filtration aids, and a unique range of fining agents and tannins to assist the commercial winemaker.

Winetailors is able to perform fining trials and recommend treatments, a service increasingly used by wineries world wide and importers who are continuously sourcing wine.

Supplier Monitoring / Audits
Winetailors can inspect existing and potential suppliers for all technical and quality aspects.  A typical wine audit would follow the progress of production from the grape to the bottling to ensure that the product reaches the client in optimum condition.
